Maintenance is simple. We recommend replacing filters every 6 to 12 months depending on usage. You will receive an automated email reminder, and replacement filters can be purchased directly from our website.
What is your return and refund policy?
We offer a 7-day return policy for items in their original, unopened packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, used filters or installed water systems cannot be returned unless they are found to be defective.
